Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development Workshop
On Friday we hosted an ‘ENTREPRENEURSHIP ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT’ workshop. Dr Tiroyaone Mampane and our Fulbright Specialist, Prof. John Gershenson, led the seminar. Boitekanelo College has partnered with Prof. John Gershenson, the Director of the Penn State University Human Engineering and Social Entrepreneurship Programme (HESE). Prof. Gershenson is currently at our college as a Fulbright Specialist for six weeks.
The seminar was an excellent opportunity for institutions to network with like-minded individuals and institutions, to learn about the latest trends and innovations in the field of social entrepreneurship. It was a great platform for tertiary institutions to start conversations on how to drive change within the county’s entrepreneurship ecosystem in collaboration with key stakeholders. We had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Howard Van Vranken, the esteemed United States Ambassador to Botswana.
