The Research Committee recently organised a dedicated writing retreat for its members, providing a much needed opportunity to step away from daily distractions and focus intensely on academic writing. The retreat aimed to offer participants a refreshing breather outside their usual home environments, enabling them to reset, concentrate, and produce substantial research articles.

Recognizing the challenges researchers face balancing work, home, and writing commitments, the committee designed the retreat to create a supportive atmosphere conducive to productivity and creativity. Members were encouraged to immerse themselves in their projects, benefiting from uninterrupted time and a collaborative environment.
